Kim Geonwoo is the CEO of Geonwoo F&B Co., Ltd. His hands-on experience spans recipe development, product launches, manufacturing, and quality management. He oversaw the establishment of the company’s food manufacturing facility in 2023 and continues to manage HACCP operations, with direct involvement in hygiene and quality management.

He personally developed the recipes and led the launches of six signature products: spicy webfoot octopus, spicy small octopus, spicy pork, dakgalbi, soy-braised chicken, and boneless chicken feet. Drawing on this product experience, he also leads new business development and strategic partnerships.

He has delivered a talk on youth entrepreneurship at Sungkonghoe University, sharing his experience of running a company and bringing food products to market with aspiring entrepreneurs.
